Our Offer The offers on the websites are not binding. All prices shown include the VAT. Conclusion of the contract A contract comes into force when you order and when we have the goods that were ordered delivered or send our confirmation of the order. You are no longer bound to your order, if we don’t react to your order within 10 days. The agreement shall be governed by German law to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory national laws governing consumer protection remain unaffected. |

Instructions concerning right of return Right of return You can return the goods without giving any reasons within 14 days. The period shall commence upon receipt of this instruction in text form (e. g. as a letter, fax or e-mail), however, not before the recipient has received the goods (or in the case of subsequent deliveries not until the recipient has received the first partial shipment) and not until we have satisfied our legal duty to furnish information according to article 246 § 2 in connection with §1 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and – in electronic commerce – our duty according to § 312e, paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) together with article 246 § 3 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB). Should the goods be damaged, compensation can be demanded. This does not apply if the impairment of the goods is solely attributable to trying the goods out as you might do in a retail outlet. You can of course avoid an obligation to provide compensation for goods damaged through their intended usage by not treating the goods as your own property and by refraining from doing anything which might adversely affect their value. Important: Please note that the return shipment will be only accepted if sufficient postage has been paid by you. Returns are not possible if the goods have been tailored for you personally, if they have been made to a special size for you, if they have been provided with a name or monogram at your request and, in the case of audio or video recordings (e.g. CDs and video cassettes), if you have removed the seal from the cassettes. Delivery Service Baby Butt has the goods you ordered delivered directly to your home. And of course we take care that everything arrives in good condition. Postage and packing To cover shipments to foreign countries we charge a fee to cover postage and secure packing. In this case, we will inform you of the extra shipping cost by e-mail. Delivery condition We deliver to EU member states. We only deliver if the prepayment option is used - i.e. we only dispatch when payment has been received. You can transfer your invoice total in advance. You will receive our bank data by e-mail. Deliveries can also be made against credit card payments (Visa, Euro-/ MasterCard) or PayPal payments. Your credit card will be charged immediately after your order placement. We kindly ask for your understanding that we process the first order of a new customer only upon advance payment by bank transfer or by PayPal. You can, of course, pay by your credit card when you place your next order. Payment in advance by bank transfer We will dispatch our goods as soon as your payment has been made to our account. By credit card Please specify your credit card number and expiry date. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Warranty The statutory warranty period of two years is valid, beginning with the moment in time when you receive the goods. In addition, any guarantee provisions enclosed with the goods are also valid. These do not affect your existing statutory rights. Only by your doing so, can we investigate the defect and, if required, dispatch substitute items. Things you need to know Disposal of batteries and electrical appliances Batteries and electrical appliances may not be disposed of via general domestic rubbish but must be separated or given to a recycling facility. Local authorities maintain collection points for old electrical appliances. As a consumer you are also obliged to return used batteries. You can do this at municipal collection points or in the retail outlet where you bought the batteries. We, of course, also accept used batteries.
