Elanee pelvic floor training cones 

The regular application of  Elanee pelvic floor training cones strengthens the pelvic floor and it can improve or remedy agony of the bladder or prevent it prophylactically. The set consists of four equally large, tampon-shaped cones with different weights to be inserted into the vagina. A cone is prevented from slipping out through repeated muscle contractions (biofeedback phenomenon).  A few minutes´ training twice a day is sufficient.
